Senstyle Trends – Store Credit & Affiliate Rewards Policy

At Senstyle Trends, we reward our customers through our Store Credit & Affiliate Rewards Program powered by UpPromote.

How to Earn Store Credit

  1. Customers must create an account on the Senstyle Trends store and join our affiliate program.
  2. Once approved, each customer receives a unique affiliate referral link.
  3. When the customer makes a purchase using their own affiliate link while logged into their registered account, they will receive 7.5% of the final order value as Store Credit.
  4. Store Credit is added only after the order is successfully delivered and the return/replacement period has expired.

Referral Rewards

  1. Customers may share their affiliate link with friends, family, or others.
  2. When a referred customer makes a successful purchase through the affiliate link, the affiliate will receive 7.5% Store Credit based on the final order value.
  3. Store Credit is credited only for completed and verified orders.

Store Credit Usage

  1. Store Credit can be used as a discount on future purchases at Senstyle Trends.
  2. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer, UPI transfer, or refunds.
  3. Store Credit can only be used by the account that earned it.
  4. Store Credit cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another account.

Store Credit Validity

  • Store Credit remains valid for 90 days from the date it is credited.
  • Any unused Store Credit will automatically expire after the validity period.
  • Expired Store Credit cannot be reinstated or converted into cash.

Eligible Order Value

Store Credit is calculated on the final order value after:

  • Product discounts
  • Coupon discounts
  • Promotional offers
  • Refunds or partial refunds

Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees may be excluded from Store Credit calculations where applicable.

Fraud Prevention

Senstyle Trends reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or remove Store Credit in cases of:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Fake referrals
  • Multiple accounts created by the same person
  • Abuse of the affiliate program
  • Cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed orders

Order Cancellation & Returns

  • Store Credit will not be issued for cancelled orders.
  • If an order is refunded or returned, any Store Credit earned from that order may be reversed or deducted from the customer's account.

Program Changes

Senstyle Trends reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Store Credit & Affiliate Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
