7-Day One-Time Replacement Policy

At SenStyle Trends, we offer a 7-day one-time replacement policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a replacement if the product received is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • Size or fitting issue


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement request:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.


Replacement & Refund Policy

  • Only one-time replacement will be provided per order item.

  • Replacement will be provided for the same product and color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

  • Direct returns are not accepted, as this policy allows replacement first.

  • Refund processing time: Up to 10 working days after approval.


Combo Orders & Free Products

Full Order Return

For a full order return or replacement, all purchased products and any free products received must be returned.

Partial Return

If a free product was received as part of the order, the free product must also be returned when requesting a partial return, where applicable.

Product Replacement

For a replacement request, only the affected product needs to be returned unless otherwise instructed by our support team.

Full Order Replacement

For a complete order replacement, all products and any associated free items must be returned.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

All replacement, return, and refund requests are subject to review and approval by SenStyle Trends.


Proof Requirements

An uninterrupted open-box video is mandatory for the following claims:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product

  • Missing items

  • Free or gift product issues

Claims submitted without valid proof may be rejected.

European Union (EU) Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may be eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period, subject to applicable laws.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only when:

Additional Terms for Orders Including Free Digital Products

If an order includes any complimentary digital product and the digital product has already been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or used:

  • Replacement may not be available for size or fitting-related issues.

  • Refund requests based on size, fitting, personal preference, or change of mind will not be accepted.

  • Customers may be eligible for a replacement only for genuine product defects, damaged products, incorrect products received, or similar verified issues.

  • Valid proof must be provided and approved by SenStyle Trends before any replacement request is processed.

Refund & Proof Requirements

For any refund or replacement claim relating to:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong products received

  • Missing items

  • Other delivery-related issues

An uninterrupted open-box video recording is mandatory.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be rejected.

Free Digital Product Limitation

Since complimentary digital products are delivered, accessed, or consumed immediately upon fulfillment, no refund will be provided for orders where free digital products have already been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or used.

In such cases, customers may only be eligible for a replacement of the physical product, subject to approval and proof verification.

The replacement value shall not exceed the original order value and will be limited to the same product or an equivalent replacement at the discretion of SenStyle Trends.


Digital Product Accuracy & Revision Policy

Some digital products may be created using customer-provided information such as:

  • Names

  • Photos

  • Text content

  • Personal details

  • Custom preferences

The quality and accuracy of the final digital product depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the customer.

As a result:

  • Minor variations in appearance, style, wording, AI-generated outputs, or creative interpretation may occur.

  • Customers acknowledge that AI-generated or customized digital products may not exactly match expectations in every aspect.

One-Time Revision Policy

To address genuine content-related concerns, SenStyle Trends may provide one complimentary revision per digital product order.

The revision is limited to corrections of:

  • Names

  • Uploaded photos

  • Customer-provided information

  • Major content errors

Only one revision request will be accepted per digital product.

Additional revisions, redesign requests, preference-based changes, or repeated modifications may incur additional charges or may not be offered.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the customized and digital nature of these products:

  • Digital products are non-returnable.

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

  • Digital products cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or alternative products once delivered.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these digital product terms.
